Music (Updated)

I have been frantically trying to edit my soundtrack but problems that have arised are being unable to upload or after editing the clip resorts back to its original form. 

To correct this I have uploaded my song onto the software 'Garage band' and have successfully edited the song but now having problems uploading into ' I-movie'

I have now uploaded the music onto Imovie and trimmed it into a 30 second piece.
